Changing or adding a system language

I checked the language list for Calculate Linux, and in the meanwhile, I’m using the es_ES variant. However, I want to add a language not listed by cl-setup-locale, like es_CL (since I’m Chilean). How can I do that? Or may using just the eselect locale and the locale-gen?

Thanks in advice.

You can use the following instead of the template.
cp -v /etc/locale.gen /etc/locale.gen.clt

Thanks, in the end, I had to edit the /etc/locale.gen to add the locale and run locale-gen, selected it with eselect and it works.

Also, I can’t understand Russian.
