It may be possible to solve this problem by using package.mask to
prevent one of those packages from being selected. However, it is also
possible that conflicting dependencies exist such that they are
impossible to satisfy simultaneously. If such a conflict exists in
the dependencies of two different packages, then those packages can
not be installed simultaneously. You may want to try a larger value of
the --backtrack option, such as --backtrack=30, in order to see if
that will solve this conflict automatically.

Pour débloquer la mise à jour, avec l’aide du canal irc et de Flor_de_azucena, j’ai désinstallé les paquets
calculate ~ # emerge –ask –unmerge media-libs/libgphoto2 media-libs/flac virtual/libffi virtual/libiconv
J’ai fait la mise à jour
calculate ~ # emerge -uDN world
Après la mise à jour j’ai réinstallé les paquets
calculate ~ # emerge -a media-libs/libgphoto2 media-libs/flac virtual/libffi virtual/libiconv
Comme le kernel à changé
calculate ~ # module-rebuild -X rebuild
Puis un
calculate ~ # cl-setup-system
car les outils calculate ont été mis à jour, j’ai terminé par un
calculate ~ # revdep-rebuild
