Al intentar instalarlo desde Porthole no me dejaba por eso intenté instalar manualmente sus dependencias. Pero no todas se instalaron, Filezilla tampoco y luego me aparecían estos errores al actualizar:

Actualizamos:

Y ya me salía Filezilla v.3.12.0.2
Otro método más directo es ir, con permisos administrativos, al txt llamado custom que está en la ruta /etc/portage/package.keywords/custom y borrar lo que nos esté dando problemas luego guardamos el .txt
