Upgrade. Reboot. Seems all good. No error during boot. Try to login. Ok, splasher and suddenly logout. In logs i found only messages about start and exit session. But in rebooting can see that kdm and xdm could’t stop. (Excuse for english but now i am in console and russian symbols don’t vision, only links2 save)
Проблема решилась. Вместе с апдейтом пришел и новый gcc.
По всей видимости он не корректно поставился: не был переписан файл /usr/lib64/libstdc**.so.6
