Creation of my iso-image based on existing one

Hello, Colleagues !

Yesterday I reinstall iso-image from 30 March onto my computer, all was successful, but libreoffice has to be recompiled with odk USE flag and firefox has to be recompiled with pulseaudio flag and fluxbox, idesk and some other software has to be additionally compiled for my purposes. Which way I have to create my own software list and create my iso image based on this ?
