added https://github.com/herrnst/gentoo-kodi-overlay via layman - kodi compile error

Hi,

I want KODI with kodi-pvr-vuplus Plugin so added herrnst/gentoo-kodi-overlay via layman.
But during install i got a BLOCK ffmpeg 2.8 /ffmpeg 3.2 - so i emerge -ca ffmpeg 2.8

KODI wants to install and upgrade ffmpeg 3.2.1… this goes wrong.

!!! existing preserved libs in endless loop

what to do please?

Hi Harald,
ffmpeg-3.2 is masked. It is better to wait for a stable version, not to break the system.
