hey guys, no real “problems” , it installs eventually, but even after choosing the liveDVD ram option. the installation process of the KDE iso takes next to 5-6 hours

Under just curious how much ram have you got ? And how close to the min’s is your machine ?
I found that installing 11.15 kde took my box about 20 minutes, so I’m curious about your install too.
Situation resolved , i went out and bought a nice 8GB usb stick, used unetbootin, and the installation flew and was done in 15 minutes
